Parking guide for fritz’s adventure – the colony

We can’t wait to welcome you in, but first things first – let’s get you parked!
Plan to park within the outer parking lot of Nebraska Furniture Mart and utilize the crosswalk to safely make your way to Fritz’s Adventure.
Driving Directions from All Directions:
From the North: Take I-35E south to exit 448A for Sam Rayburn Tollway (TX-121) southbound. Continue on TX-121 and take the exit toward Plano Parkway. Merge onto Nebraska Furniture Mart Drive; the Fritz’s Adventure will be on your right.
From the South: Head north on I-35E and take exit 445B to merge onto Sam Rayburn Tollway (TX-121) northbound. Continue on TX-121 and take the exit toward Plano Parkway. Merge onto Nebraska Furniture Mart Drive; Fritz’s Adventure will be on your right.
From the East: Travel west on President George Bush Turnpike (TX-190) and merge onto Sam Rayburn Tollway (TX-121) northbound. Continue on TX-121 and take the exit toward Plano Parkway. Merge onto Nebraska Furniture Mart Drive; Fritz’s Adventure will be on your right.
From the West: Drive east on TX-121 and take the exit toward Plano Parkway. Merge onto Nebraska Furniture Mart Drive; Fritz’s Adventure will be on your right.

Fritz’s Adventure is situated within Grandscape, adjacent to Nebraska Furniture Mart.
Parking is available in the outer lot of Nebraska Furniture Mart; use the crosswalk to safely reach Fritz’s Adventure.
