How It Works
WOW University delivers training classes before the adventure park opens. During these sessions, we look at different studies that can be put into practice that day. We provide challenges—and the support to meet them.
Mentoring at WOW University
WOW U started with two C-suite professionals looking to build something different and take a company to a new place. Now, we continue growing that vision with the help of the internet and through curated mentors who help our team create a great adventure experience for our guests and a great work experience for all our team members.

Travis is a hospitality expert with over 20 years of experience leading successful teams and scaling up businesses. He is determined to lead Fritz’s growth strategy while ensuring that cultural and communication aspects are not diluted. Travis holds an executive MBA and is constantly seeking personal and professional growth to become a more effective leader.
Grace Frankowski
Director of Marketing
Grace is focused on growing the brand recognition of Fritz’s Adventure and looks forward to the unknown ahead as the company enters new territory—traits that served her well as she taught and traveled throughout Asia for several years. She holds three BS degrees and is excited about the collaborative effort of creating things together.
Chris Dillon
Visual Communications Director
Chris received his BA in Television Production and captures the images that tell the story of Fritz’s. He spent over a decade marketing inner-city adventure camps. Chris loves the hunt for great images that show people at their best and is excited to see Fritz’s expand into new markets.
Claudio Galbraith
Team Lead
Claudio is the epitome of a WOW maker. Originally from Angola, he was raised in the UK and moved to the US on a scholarship to attend college. Fritz’s Adventure is where WOW moments are made and Claudio helps lead that effort daily. He’s continuing to think of new ways to create great guest experiences and looks forward to the new times ahead.
Jessica Browning
Office Operations Manager
Jessica has been an integral member of the team since 2019. Her strong organizational skills and attention to detail ensure that Fritz’s continues to run smoothly. She has a passion for the growth of the company and looks forward to assisting in future development.
Mandy Long
Head of Business Development
Mandy received her BA in Business Administration and Public Relations followed by her MBA from Drury University. She uses her extensive leadership experience to help the sales team connect groups and individuals with the many WOW moments Fritz’s has to offer. She believes in servant leadership and is excited to help Fritz’s continue to grow.
Julie Krisch
Operations Manager
Julie received her Bachelors in Recreation and works to uphold Fritz’s standard of excellence daily. She has spent the majority of her career working in aerial adventure. Julie loves watching guests experience new adventures and create lifelong memories.
David Byrd
General Manager
David received his BS in Engineering from the College of the Ozarks and manages the training, recruiting, and operations of Fritz’s Adventure in Branson, MO. He is always excited to learn and grow through his role with Fritz’s and loves working with team members to develop their skills in creating WOW moments for guests.
Bobby Davis
Director of Operations
Bobby gained his passion for hospitality management at a young age, working in a family restaurant. He hopes to make Fritz’s succeed in a new market with his 25 years of experience. Bobby is excited for the journey of developing the Fritz’s culture in a new market and to find great new talent to help achieve this.
