1What is the booking process?
You may purchase tickets prior to your arrival online, over the phone, or when you arrive on site at our retail counter. Tickets must be purchased prior to scheduling your flight. Click here to book your flight now
2What are the height and weight requirements?
The flyer must be at least 4 years old and weigh under 300 lbs.
3Do I need to sign a waiver?
Yes. All flyers must fill out a waiver in order to fly. There are criteria that must be met regarding general physical requirements and general health information that must be verified.
4How big are the flight groups?
We allow no more than 8 people per flight group OR 20 minutes of total flight time. Special exceptions may apply.
5Can I have guest go with me?
Guests are permitted to accompany the flyer during the flight school and until the flyer ascends the flight deck. Guests are not allowed on the flight deck. However, parents/guardians are permitted to accompany minors onto the flight deck.
6Are we permitted to take photos or videos?
Yes, but not from the flight deck. No electronics or loose articles are allowed on the flight deck: including, but not limited to cameras, phones, keys, etc. However, we do record flight videos that are available for purchase before or after your flight.
7What should I wear?
Wear comfortable clothes that the flight suit will easily fit over. You must have closed-toe shoes. We have shoes available for rent if you need them.
8Can we split our fly time?
No. The flight times are for one flyer.
9How long should I plan for my flight experience?
Plan 45 min to 1 hour for your entire flight experience, which includes Flight School, suiting up, flying, and un-suiting. Occasionally delays occur causing times to run a little bit longer
10Do you offer group discounts for Aerodium?
For groups of 10 or more we offer 20% off our regular priced Aerodium tickets. Group discounts do not include discounted, couponed, or special prices.
